TRYOUTS

2024 - 2025

It is important to note that the 2024-25 season is our inaugural season meaning that the number of teams that we are able to commit to is limited. By participating in this years tryouts, it is not guaranteed that your age group will be selected for this season so we do recommend and encourage you to attend other tryouts.

We are holding tryouts for Select Age Groups ranging from U11 - U15 for both boys and girls. Our team selection will be based on player turn out at these tryouts.

Roster spots will be limited as we plan to have one select team per age group meaning that not everyone at the tryouts will be offered a spot. Our commitment is to the development of our players and to continue building off of what we started with enVISION Soccer Training.

Talent, technical ability, unselfishness and decision making are a few of the factors we will look at during tryouts but far more importantly, we will be considering if your player fits the culture we are aiming to establish. One of unity, togetherness, teamwork, work ethic, and commitment.

If you do receive a bid following tryouts, it is important to understand that your attendance at practices and training is expected on a regular basis. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis as there are many factors outside of our control that can impact your ability to get to practice but as a general rule, your attendance matters.

We will not discourage any athletes from playing other sports but if our seasons coincide and practices overlap, your attendance will play a role in your playing time. We ask that you consider this factor prior to accepting your bid.

(A SEASON GUIDE WILL BE AVAILABLE LATER THIS MONTH THAT WILL INCLUDE MORE DETAILED INFO AS YOU BEGIN PLANNING YOUR FALL).

Each age group will have 2 tryout days available(we highly recommend that you plan on attending both days). If you are unable to attend either session, please let us know asap and we will look to add another day!

Tryouts will be held at the Cedar Valley SportsPlex located at 300 Jefferson St, Waterloo, IA 50701. If additional days are added, they will be located at 4220 Riders Rd. Cedar Falls, IA 50613.

An FK enVISION outdoor practice field will be ready prior the first week of practice!
