What To Expect

This is an extremely exciting time for enVISION as we continue preparations for our first season as an official club in Fall of 2024!

Starting a soccer club is no small task but with all of the support over these past few years with enVISION Soccer Training, we believe that NOW is the time to begin this new chapter! There are many steps yet to take before we hit the field this Fall but we would like to provide a brief layout of what’s to come over the next few months, season one and seasons 1-3.

We believe in growing with quality over quantity so to ensure that we are able to provide the highest quality experience for our players and families, we will have limited teams during our inaugural season that our staff is able to support.

NEXT FEW MONTHS

SEASON ONE

Please be mindful that current plans are subject to change largely based on staffing & tryouts which will help us determine what sort of numbers we are able to roster by age group.

Current Plan:

  • Select Teams within U11 - U15 Age Groups. Tryouts will be held for both Boys and Girls.

  • We will roster one team per age group so spots will be limited. Bids will be sent out following tryouts.

  • Our Select Teams are Year-Round Programs that will include a Fall, Winter, and Spring season consisting of league games and tournaments.

  • No High School Teams are planned for the 2024-25 season.

  • Academy U9 - U10 Age Groups are currently in discussion. A final decision will be made this Spring based on staffing numbers for the Fall.

  • Pre-Academy U6 U7 U8 Age Groups are currently in discussion. A final decision will be made this Spring based on staffing numbers for the Fall.

  • FK enVISION Select Teams will take part in small Group Training as part of the club regimen and will have access to Individual Training at an additional cost. (Full details will be included in Season Guides).

  • enVISION Soccer Training will continue operations as normal offering both Small Group & Individual Training for any age groups for whom we DO NOT have a team for, including Rec.

  • Discovery Programs (U4 & U5) will be available through enVISION Soccer Training. (Details will be made available in our Season Guides).

  • We encourage, welcome, and invite all players who wish to further their development and love for the game to continue taking part in the Small Group & Individual Training that enVISION Soccer Training offers as we build out the club over the coming years.

SEASONS 1 - 3

The vision for the club within the first 3 years is to build a solid foundation. One that can support:

  • Select Teams U11 - U19

  • Academy Teams U9 - U10

  • Pre-Academy U6 U7 U8

Season One lays out the groundwork for what we hope and believe we can accomplish but we will not compromise on the quality that we aim to provide as an organization by rushing any of these programs. We will keep open communication with players, families, and the community on what is realistic this Fall as well as the years to follow so that we may uphold our standards that those of you have been in any of our programs, have come to know.

It is unlikely that our inaugural season will allow us to hold all of the programs we have in our plans which means that your age group might not be supported right away. Rest assured that our goal is to be fully staffed within the first 1-2 years so that we are in prime position to support all of our programs at a high level by year 3. Adding and developing high quality coaches who fit the enVISION culture is a top priority for us early on so we will be diligent in our decision making process.

We do think about the future often, it is in our name. But, with any worthwhile TOMORROW, we must focus on and make the most of today.
